Main Ingredients
- 1cupbasmati rice
- 1tbspghee or oil
- 4clove
- 2bay leaf
- 1cinnamon stick
- 1cupdiced carrots
- 1/2cupdiced French beans
- 1/2cupboiled peas
- 3/4tspsalt
- 1/2cupfried onions
- 12fried cashews
- 1tbspchopped coriander leaves

How to make Veg Pulao Delight (Instant Recipe)
Preparation
Boil and strain the basmati rice.
Cooking
In a pan, add ghee or oil and heat.
Add cloves, bay leaves, and cinnamon stick. Cook for a few seconds.
Add diced carrots, diced French beans, and boiled peas. Add salt.
Cover and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add boiled rice and mix well.
Add fried onions, fried cashews, and chopped coriander leaves.
Further cover and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
Serve with raita for a complete meal.
