- 300gripe mango
- 2tbsproasted cumin seeds crushed
- 1tbspblack salt
- 1 1/2tbspsendha namak (rock salt)

How to make Uncooked Aam Panna
Preparation
Blend raw mango, ripe mango, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, sendha namak, black pepper powder, and mint leaves in a mixer until smooth.
Serving
Fill half the glass with the mango mixture.
Add chilled water and ice cubes to the glass.
Top with green mint leaves and additional roasted crushed cumin seeds.

For an extra refreshing taste, chill the glasses before serving.
