Uncooked Aam Panna recipe

Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 glass)

Main Ingredients

  • 150g
    raw mango
  • 300g
    ripe mango
  • 2tbsp
    roasted cumin seeds crushed
  • 1tbsp
    black salt
  • 1 1/2tbsp
    sendha namak (rock salt)
  • 1tsp
    black pepper powder
  • 1cup
    mint leaves
  • 1cup
    ice cubes
  • 1cup
    chilled water

How to make Uncooked Aam Panna

Preparation

  1. Blend raw mango, ripe mango, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, sendha namak, black pepper powder, and mint leaves in a mixer until smooth.

Serving

  1. Fill half the glass with the mango mixture.

  2. Add chilled water and ice cubes to the glass.

  3. Top with green mint leaves and additional roasted crushed cumin seeds.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For an extra refreshing taste, chill the glasses before serving.
