Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 glass)

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 4piece
    Strawberry, finely cut
  • 250g
    Mango, finely cut
  • 100g
    Papaya, finely cut
  • 300mL
    Yogurt

Topping

  • 6piece
    Blueberry, frozen or fresh

How to make Strawberry, Papaya, Mango, Yogurt Smoothie

Preparation

  1. Divide the yogurt into three portions of 100 mL each.

  2. Blend each fruit separately with one portion of yogurt.

  3. Refrigerate the smoothies for 15 minutes.

Assembly

  1. Pour the strawberry smoothie at the bottom of the glass.

  2. Add the papaya smoothie in the middle.

  3. Top with the mango smoothie.

  4. Garnish with blueberries.

Tips & Tricks

  1. If using frozen blueberries, soak them in a little water before using as a topping.
