How to make Strawberry Coco Chia Seeds Pudding
Add chia seeds, sweetener, and coconut milk into a bowl. Whisk well to remove any lumps and air pockets.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
Whisk the chia seed pudding to ensure a smooth consistency.
Divide the pudding into two portions.
Chop some strawberries in a bowl.
In a glass or bowl, layer the chia seed pudding and strawberries to create a layered effect. Add strawberry preserve.
Top with berries and coconut flakes.
