How to make Shahi Meetha Dry Fruits Paratha
Mix the crushed dry fruits, fennel seeds, black pepper, and sugar together.
Divide the wheat dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small circle.
Place a portion of the dry fruit mixture in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
Roll the filled dough gently to form a paratha.
Heat desi ghee in a pan and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
