Paratha Ingredients
- 75gwheat flour peda
- 1tbspdesi ghee
- 1tbspSchezwan chutney
- 1/4cuponion, chopped
- 1tbspcapsicum, chopped
- 1/4cupboiled corn
- 1tbspcarrots, grated
- 1tbspcoriander leaves, chopped
- 1pinchsalt
- 1pinchred chilli powder

How to make Schezwan Mix Veg Paratha
Preparation
In a bowl, mix wheat flour peda with a pinch of salt and red chilli powder.
Add chopped onion, capsicum, boiled corn, grated carrots, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Add Schezwan chutney and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Cooking
Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll each into a ball.
Flatten each ball into a paratha shape.
Heat a pan and cook each paratha on both sides, applying desi ghee until golden brown.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the vegetables are finely chopped for even distribution.
Adjust the amount of Schezwan chutney according to your spice preference.
