Schezwan Mix Veg Paratha recipe

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 paratha)

Paratha Ingredients

  • 75g
    wheat flour peda
  • 1tbsp
    desi ghee
  • 1tbsp
    Schezwan chutney
  • 1/4cup
    onion, chopped
  • 1tbsp
    capsicum, chopped
  • 1/4cup
    boiled corn
  • 1tbsp
    carrots, grated
  • 1tbsp
    coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1pinch
    red chilli powder

How to make Schezwan Mix Veg Paratha

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix wheat flour peda with a pinch of salt and red chilli powder.

  2. Add chopped onion, capsicum, boiled corn, grated carrots, and coriander leaves. Mix well.

  3. Add Schezwan chutney and mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Cooking

  1. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll each into a ball.

  2. Flatten each ball into a paratha shape.

  3. Heat a pan and cook each paratha on both sides, applying desi ghee until golden brown.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the vegetables are finely chopped for even distribution.

  2. Adjust the amount of Schezwan chutney according to your spice preference.
