Sautéed Steamed Vegetables with Grilled Paneer

Ingredients
Vegetables
- 100gbroccoli
- 100gbell pepper
- 1/2cupmushroom
- 1/2cupbaby corn
- 1/2cupfrench beans
Paneer
- 150gpaneer
Seasoning and Oil
- 1/2tbspolive or sesame oil
- 1tsplemon juice
- salt
- oregano
- chilli flakes
- black pepper powder
How to make Sautéed Steamed Vegetables with Grilled Paneer
Preparation
Wash and cut the broccoli, bell pepper, mushroom, baby corn, and french beans into thick cubes or slices.
Cooking
Steam cook the vegetables for 10 minutes.
Grease the griller and grill the paneer slices.
Sprinkle the grilled paneer with salt, oregano, and chilli flakes.
Sauté the steamed vegetables in olive or sesame oil for a minute.
Sprinkle the sautéed vegetables with salt, oregano, chilli flakes, and black pepper powder.
Add lemon juice to the sautéed vegetables and mix well.

Use fresh vegetables for the best taste and nutritional value.
