Sautéed Steamed Vegetables with Grilled Paneer recipe

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 plate)

Vegetables

  • 100g
    broccoli
  • 100g
    bell pepper
  • 1/2cup
    mushroom
  • 1/2cup
    baby corn
  • 1/2cup
    french beans

Paneer

  • 150g
    paneer

Seasoning and Oil

  • 1/2tbsp
    olive or sesame oil
  • 1tsp
    lemon juice
  • salt
  • oregano
  • chilli flakes
  • black pepper powder

How to make Sautéed Steamed Vegetables with Grilled Paneer

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli, bell pepper, mushroom, baby corn, and french beans into thick cubes or slices.

Cooking

  1. Steam cook the vegetables for 10 minutes.

  2. Grease the griller and grill the paneer slices.

  3. Sprinkle the grilled paneer with salt, oregano, and chilli flakes.

  4. Sauté the steamed vegetables in olive or sesame oil for a minute.

  5. Sprinkle the sautéed vegetables with salt, oregano, chilli flakes, and black pepper powder.

  6. Add lemon juice to the sautéed vegetables and mix well.

  1. Use fresh vegetables for the best taste and nutritional value.

  2. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preference.
