- 1/2cupginger
- 1onion, medium
- 1tomato, medium (optional)
Spices
- 6clovecloves
- 1/2incinnamon
- 1tspblack peppercorn

- 1tbspdesi ghee
- 1tspsalt
- 1/4tspturmeric powder
- 1/2cupwater
- 1cupmilk
- 1/4cupchopped coriander leaves

How to make Sardiyon Wali Punjabi Adrak ki Sabji
Preparation
Hand pound the ginger, onion, and tomato.
Cooking
Coarsely grind the cloves, cinnamon, and black peppercorn.
Heat desi ghee in a pan and add the ground spices. Cook for 2-3 seconds.
Add the onion and cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomato, salt, and turmeric powder. Cook for a few seconds.
Add water and cook for 1 minute on low heat.
Add the ginger and cook for another minute.
Add milk and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Tips & Tricks
Use milk to adjust the consistency every time you reheat the sabji.
