- 400gdry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachio, raisins)
- 400gjaggery, pounded
- 1/2cupdesi ghee
- 1tspdry ginger powder
- 3tspcarom seeds (ajwain)

How to make Sandola ke Laddu
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add carom seeds and dry ginger powder.
Add all the dry fruits except raisins and cook until crisp and golden on low heat.
Add raisins and cook for a minute.
Add crushed jaggery and cook for a minute or two on medium heat.
Switch off the flame and let it cool until lukewarm.
Mould the mixture into laddus.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the mixture is not too hot when molding into laddus to avoid burns.
Use fresh and good quality dry fruits for the best taste.
