- 2cupscrushed jaggery
- 1tbspcoarsely ground fennel seeds
- 2cupswater
- 2tbspoil or ghee for cooking

How to make Punjabi Gud Saunf ke Pude (गुड़ सौंफ के पुड़े)
Mix wheat flour and fennel seeds together.
In a separate bowl, mix jaggery and water. Keep aside for half an hour.
Strain the jaggery water and mix it with the flour. Whisk well to ensure there are no lumps.
Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Grease the tava or pan.
Spread the puda like a chila and cook on medium heat.
Cook from both sides until done.
