Protein Rich Moong Kebabs recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 2-3 kebabs)

Wet Ingredients

  • 1cup
    soaked green moong
  • 1
    onion
  • 1in
    ginger
  • 10clove
    garlic
  • 4
    green chilli
  • 1/2cup
    coriander leaves
  • 2
    boiled potatoes

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2cup
    rice flour
  • 1/2cup
    cornflour
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 1tbsp
    degi mirch
  • 1tsp
    garam masala
  • 1tbsp
    aamchur powder

How to make Protein Rich Moong Kebabs

Preparation

  1. Grind the soaked green moong, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, and boiled potatoes to make a fine paste.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet paste until well combined.

Shaping and Cooking

  1. Grease your hands with oil and shape the mixture into round tikkis.

  2. Toast the tikkis on a non-stick pan or cast iron tava, applying a little oil on both sides until golden brown.

  3. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer to cook the tikkis.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Serve the kebabs with chutney and sauce for added flavor.
