Wet Ingredients
- 1cupsoaked green moong
- 1onion
- 1inginger
- 10clovegarlic
- 4green chilli
- 1/2cupcoriander leaves
- 2boiled potatoes
Dry Ingredients
- 1/2cuprice flour
- 1/2cupcornflour
- 1tspsalt
- 1tbspdegi mirch
- 1tspgaram masala
- 1tbspaamchur powder

How to make Protein Rich Moong Kebabs
Preparation
Grind the soaked green moong, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, and boiled potatoes to make a fine paste.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet paste until well combined.
Shaping and Cooking
Grease your hands with oil and shape the mixture into round tikkis.
Toast the tikkis on a non-stick pan or cast iron tava, applying a little oil on both sides until golden brown.
Alternatively, you can use an air fryer to cook the tikkis.
Tips & Tricks
Serve the kebabs with chutney and sauce for added flavor.
