Peanut Alu
- 4cupsboiled chopped potato
- 1tbspDesi ghee
- 1tspcumin seeds
- 10curry leaves
- roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1tspgrated ginger
- 3chopped green chillies
- 1tspsendha namak
- chopped green coriander leaves
Cucumber Raita
- 1cupbeaten curd
- 1/4cupgrated and squeezed cucumber
- salt, red chilli powder, and roasted cumin seeds powder to taste

How to make Peanut Alu & Cucumber Raita
Peanut Alu
Heat Desi ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Add potatoes, cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add peanuts and salt, mix well and cover again for a minute.
Add the remaining ingredients, cook for a minute, and serve hot.
Cucumber Raita
Mix beaten curd, grated and squeezed cucumber, salt, red chilli powder, and roasted cumin seeds powder.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the cucumber is well squeezed to avoid a watery raita.
Adjust the spices in the raita according to your taste preference.
