Paneer ka Parantha recipe

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 parantha)

Filling

  • 100g
    Paneer
  • 1tbsp
    Onion, chopped
  • 1tsp
    Ginger, grated
  • 1
    Green chilli, chopped
  • 1tbsp
    Coriander leaves
  • 1tsp
    Salt
  • 1tsp
    Red chilli powder
  • 1tsp
    Garam masala
  • 1tsp
    Cumin seeds
  • 1tsp
    Anardana powder

Dough

  • 50g
    Atta (whole wheat flour)

How to make Paneer ka Parantha

Prepare the Filling

  1. Mix paneer, onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, and anardana powder together.

Prepare the Parantha

  1. Make a roti using 50 g of atta.

  2. Stuff the roti with the paneer mixture.

  3. Toast the stuffed roti on a tava with desi ghee until golden brown.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the paneer is crumbled finely for an even filling.

  2. Adjust the spice levels according to your taste.
