How to make Paneer ka Parantha
Prepare the Filling
Mix paneer, onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, and anardana powder together.
Prepare the Parantha
Make a roti using 50 g of atta.
Stuff the roti with the paneer mixture.
Toast the stuffed roti on a tava with desi ghee until golden brown.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the paneer is crumbled finely for an even filling.
Adjust the spice levels according to your taste.
