How to make Nimboo Mirch ka Instant Pickle
Preparing the Lemons
Wash and dry the lemons. Cut them into squares.
Add black salt and mix well.
Cover and keep in the sun for 5 days.
After 5 Days
Wash, dry, and cut the chillies into rounds.
Coarsely grind the whole spices.
Mix the ground spices with the lemons and add the chillies.
Add jaggery powder and mix well.
The pickle is ready to eat.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the lemons are completely dry before cutting to prevent spoilage.
Keep the pickle in a dry, sunny spot for best results.
