A simple and flavorful pickle made with large green chilies and minimal spices, perfect for adding a spicy kick to your meals.

Ingredients
- 1kgMoti Hari Mirch (large green chilies)
- 2inRaw Turmeric
- 1tspDry turmeric powder
- 2tbspSalt
- 1tspSalt
- 2tbspMustard seeds
- 1tbspBlack peppercorns
- 1/2cupWhite vinegar
- 2tbspLemon juice
- 1tbspPreheated mustard oil
How to make Moti Mirch Ka Achaar
Wash, dry, and slit the Moti Hari Mirch from the center. Remove the stems.
Roughly grind the black peppercorns and mustard seeds. Grind the raw turmeric.
Add 2 tbsp salt and turmeric powder to the ground mixture.
Fill the Moti Mirch with the spice mix and transfer to a jar.
Add vinegar, remaining salt, lemon juice, lemon peel, and mustard oil to the jar.
Cover the jar and keep it in the sun for a week.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the chilies are completely dry before filling to prevent spoilage.
Shake the jar occasionally to ensure even distribution of the spices.
