How to make Meethi Nawabi Sevaiyan
Fry the mixed nuts in ghee and set aside.
Roast the Seviyan in the same ghee.
Add water, cover, and bring to a boil.
Add sugar, cover, and cook on medium to low heat until done.
Add the fried nuts and serve.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the Seviyan is roasted to a golden brown for a richer flavor.
