Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl)
  • 1cup
    Seviyan
  • 1tbsp
    Desi ghee
  • 2tbsp
    Mixed nuts
  • 1/2cup
    Sugar
  • 2cups
    Water

How to make Meethi Nawabi Sevaiyan

  1. Fry the mixed nuts in ghee and set aside.

  2. Roast the Seviyan in the same ghee.

  3. Add water, cover, and bring to a boil.

  4. Add sugar, cover, and cook on medium to low heat until done.

  5. Add the fried nuts and serve.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the Seviyan is roasted to a golden brown for a richer flavor.
