Masale Wala Nimboo Lemonade (Shikanji)

A refreshing and flavorful Indian lemonade perfect for quenching thirst during the hot season.

Ingredients
Mint Water
- 1cupmint leaves
- 1/2cupwater
Shikanji Masala
- 2tspblack salt
- 1/2tspblack pepper powder
- 1 1/2tsproasted cumin seeds powder
For Each Glass
- 1tspshikanji masala
- 2tbspmint water
- 2tbspsugar syrup
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 3pieceice cubes
- Sprite drink as needed
How to make Masale Wala Nimboo Lemonade (Shikanji)
Prepare Mint Water
Wash the mint leaves thoroughly.
Grind the mint leaves with water until smooth.
Prepare Shikanji Masala
Mix black salt, black pepper powder, and roasted cumin seeds powder together.
Assemble the Drink
In each glass, add 1 tsp of shikanji masala.
Add 2 tbsp of mint water to each glass.
Add 2 tbsp of sugar syrup or 1 tbsp of powdered sugar to each glass.
Pour Sprite drink as needed into each glass.
Add 3 ice cubes to each glass.
Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice to each glass.
Mix well and serve immediately.
Tips & Tricks
Adjust the amount of Sprite drink according to your taste preference.
For a stronger mint flavor, increase the amount of mint leaves.
