Masale Wala Nimboo Lemonade (Shikanji) recipe

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 glass)

Mint Water

  • 1cup
    mint leaves
  • 1/2cup
    water

Shikanji Masala

  • 2tsp
    black salt
  • 1/2tsp
    black pepper powder
  • 1 1/2tsp
    roasted cumin seeds powder

For Each Glass

  • 1tsp
    shikanji masala
  • 2tbsp
    mint water
  • 2tbsp
    sugar syrup
  • 1tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 3piece
    ice cubes
  • Sprite drink as needed

How to make Masale Wala Nimboo Lemonade (Shikanji)

Prepare Mint Water

  1. Wash the mint leaves thoroughly.

  2. Grind the mint leaves with water until smooth.

Prepare Shikanji Masala

  1. Mix black salt, black pepper powder, and roasted cumin seeds powder together.

Assemble the Drink

  1. In each glass, add 1 tsp of shikanji masala.

  2. Add 2 tbsp of mint water to each glass.

  3. Add 2 tbsp of sugar syrup or 1 tbsp of powdered sugar to each glass.

  4. Pour Sprite drink as needed into each glass.

  5. Add 3 ice cubes to each glass.

  6. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice to each glass.

  7. Mix well and serve immediately.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Adjust the amount of Sprite drink according to your taste preference.

  2. For a stronger mint flavor, increase the amount of mint leaves.
