- 1/4cuppeanuts
- 20piececurry leaves
- 4piecegreen chillies
- 2tspsugar
- 1/2tspsalt
- 1/2tspblack salt
- 1tspchat masala
- 1/4tspred chilli powder
- 1/2tspturmeric powder
How to make Market Style Chivda Bhujia
Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
Fry the poha in batches until crispy and set aside.
Fry almonds, cashews, and peanuts until golden brown and set aside.
Fry curry leaves and green chillies until crisp and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine fried poha, nuts, curry leaves, and green chillies.
Add sugar, salt, black salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.
Mix everything well until the spices coat the mixture evenly.
