  • 3cup
    oil for frying
  • 2cup
    poha
  • 1cup
    almonds and cashews
  • 1/4cup
    peanuts
  • 20piece
    curry leaves
  • 4piece
    green chillies
  • 2tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 1/2tsp
    black salt
  • 1tsp
    chat masala
  • 1/4tsp
    red chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp
    turmeric powder

How to make Market Style Chivda Bhujia

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.

  2. Fry the poha in batches until crispy and set aside.

  3. Fry almonds, cashews, and peanuts until golden brown and set aside.

  4. Fry curry leaves and green chillies until crisp and set aside.

  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine fried poha, nuts, curry leaves, and green chillies.

  6. Add sugar, salt, black salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.

  7. Mix everything well until the spices coat the mixture evenly.

  1. Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to make the poha crispy.
