Mango Drinks to Keep You Cool

Three refreshing mango drinks to enjoy before the mango season ends.

Ingredients
Gudumba Desi Aam Panna
- 1kgRaw Desi Mango
- 2cupJaggery powder
- 1tspRed chilli powder
- 1tspSalt
- 1spoon Black salt
- 3/4tspBlack pepper powder
- 1spoon Roasted cumin seeds powder
- 20Mint leaves
Khatta Meetha Aam Panna
- 150gRaw mango
- 300gRipe mango
- 30Mint leaves
- 1tspSalt
- 1tspBlack salt
- 1tspRoasted cumin seeds powder
- 3/4tspBlack pepper powder
- 1cupWater
Kairi Masala for Glass Rim
- 1tspSalt
- 1tspDegi mirch powder
- 1spoon Powdered sugar
How to make Mango Drinks to Keep You Cool
Gudumba Desi Aam Panna
Wash and pressure cook the raw Desi mangoes until 3 whistles.
Cool them down, add enough ice cubes, and peel the skin of the mangoes.
Mash the mangoes well.
Add jaggery powder, red chilli powder, salt, black salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, and crushed mint leaves.
Mix well and serve chilled.
Khatta Meetha Aam Panna
Blend raw mango, ripe mango, mint leaves, salt, black salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, and water in a mixer.
For the kairi masala, mix salt and degi mirch powder.
Coat the rim of the glass with powdered sugar and kairi masala.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the mangoes are well-cooked before mashing for a smoother texture.
Adjust the sweetness and spice levels according to your taste preference.
