Ingredients

Gudumba Desi Aam Panna

  • 1kg
    Raw Desi Mango
  • 2cup
    Jaggery powder
  • 1tsp
    Red chilli powder
  • 1tsp
    Salt
  • 1
    spoon Black salt
  • 3/4tsp
    Black pepper powder
  • 1
    spoon Roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 20
    Mint leaves

Khatta Meetha Aam Panna

  • 150g
    Raw mango
  • 300g
    Ripe mango
  • 30
    Mint leaves
  • 1tsp
    Salt
  • 1tsp
    Black salt
  • 1tsp
    Roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 3/4tsp
    Black pepper powder
  • 1cup
    Water

Kairi Masala for Glass Rim

  • 1tsp
    Salt
  • 1tsp
    Degi mirch powder
  • 1
    spoon Powdered sugar

How to make Mango Drinks to Keep You Cool

Gudumba Desi Aam Panna

  1. Wash and pressure cook the raw Desi mangoes until 3 whistles.

  2. Cool them down, add enough ice cubes, and peel the skin of the mangoes.

  3. Mash the mangoes well.

  4. Add jaggery powder, red chilli powder, salt, black salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, and crushed mint leaves.

  5. Mix well and serve chilled.

Khatta Meetha Aam Panna

  1. Blend raw mango, ripe mango, mint leaves, salt, black salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, and water in a mixer.

  2. For the kairi masala, mix salt and degi mirch powder.

  3. Coat the rim of the glass with powdered sugar and kairi masala.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the mangoes are well-cooked before mashing for a smoother texture.

  2. Adjust the sweetness and spice levels according to your taste preference.
