- 1cupfox nuts
- 15almonds
- 10cashews
- 750mLfull-fat milk
- 1/2cuppowdered sugar
- 1/2cupsaffron-infused water

How to make Makhana Kesar Phirni
Preparation
Dry roast the fox nuts, almonds, and cashews. Make a coarse powder.
Cooking
Heat the milk and add the rice and dry fruits mix.
Stir continuously on low to medium heat.
After 3-4 minutes, add powdered sugar and saffron-infused water.
Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from flame, cool down, and serve chilled.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure to stir continuously to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Serve chilled for the best taste.
