- 300gboiled rice
- 150gsemolina
- 100gshredded cabbage
- 1piecegreen capsicum, finely chopped
- 1piecesmall onion, chopped
- 1piecemedium raw potato, grated
- 1 1/2tspsalt
- 1/2tspred pepper powder
- 2tspchopped coriander leaves
- 4piecegreen chillies, chopped
- 1tspcoriander powder
- 1tspdry mango powder
- 1tspcumin seeds
- 1tspfennel seeds
- 1/2tspturmeric powder
- oil for shallow frying

How to make Kurmura Crunchy Rice Snack
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except oil to make a smooth dough.
Shaping
Grease a plate with a little oil. Make small balls of the dough and pat them into round-shaped tikkies or cutlets.
Cooking
Heat a pan or a tava and add a little oil.
Place the tikkies one by one and shallow fry on both sides until golden brown.
Tips & Tricks
Serve with green chutney and ketchup for added flavor.
