- 1cupbrown sesame seeds
- 1cupcrushed desi gur (jaggery)

How to make Kullar/कुलर, Til and Gur
Dry roast the sesame seeds on low heat until they crackle.
Cool the sesame seeds and grind them coarsely.
Add crushed jaggery and grind again.
Transfer the mixture into a jar.
Enjoy 3-4 spoons with a warm glass of milk to stay warm and healthy.
