How to make Karwachauth Special Sewiyan (Feniya)
Preparation
Boil the milk for 5-10 minutes.
Add sugar and cardamom powder, and mix until the sugar dissolves.
Add the vermicelli to the boiling milk and stir well.
Turn off the flame, cover the pot, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Garnish with sliced almonds, chopped cashews, and raisins before serving.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the milk is boiled properly before adding the vermicelli to enhance the flavor.
Covering the pot after turning off the flame helps the vermicelli absorb the flavors better.
