How to make Kali Gajar ki Kanji (Best Prebiotic Drink)
Wash, peel, and cut the carrots lengthwise.
Mix all the ingredients in a glass container or earthen pot.
Cover and keep in the sun for 2-3 days for fermentation.
Drink it every day as a mid-meal and eat the carrots.
Tips & Tricks
Kanji can be kept in the refrigerator for a longer shelf life.
Normally, its life is 5-6 days at room temperature.
You can add more water and spices if needed.
