  • 1kg
    raw mango
  • 2cup
    jaggery powder
  • 1/2cup
    sugar

Dry Fruits

  • 20piece
    almonds
  • 10piece
    cashews
  • 1tbsp
    raisins
  • 3piece
    dates

Spices

  • 2tsp
    black salt
  • 1tsp
    red chili powder
  • 1/2tsp
    black pepper powder
  • 1tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2tbsp
    fennel seeds
  • 1tsp
    cumin seeds powder
  • 1tsp
    garam masala

How to make Kache Aam ka Gudd wala Murabba

Preparation

  1. Wash, peel, and grate the raw mangoes.

Cooking

  1. Mix the grated mango, jaggery powder, and sugar in a heavy-bottom pan.

  2. Cook on low to medium heat, stirring continuously.

  3. Add the dry fruits and spices to the mango mixture.

  4. Continue cooking until the mixture reaches a one-string consistency.

Finishing

  1. Cool the mixture.

  2. Transfer to a glass jar.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure to stir continuously to prevent the mixture from sticking to the pan.

  2. Use a heavy-bottom pan for even cooking.
