How to make Instant Mango Murabba
Wash, peel, and cut the mangoes lengthwise.
Boil them in 1 cup of water until the mangoes are tender.
Strain the mangoes and keep the water aside.
Make sugar syrup using the leftover water and sugar.
Add mangoes, cinnamon powder, and cardamom powder to the syrup.
Cook until the mixture reaches a one-string consistency.
Add lime juice, cool, and store.
