- 1/2cupsesame seeds
- 1/2cupoats
- 1/2cupchopped almonds
- 1tbspghee
- 1/2cupwater
- 400gjaggery
- 1cuppitted dates
How to make Immunity Booster Ladoos
Preparation
Dry roast the flaxseed and sesame seeds. Allow them to cool and then grind them.
Dry roast the oats, allow them to cool, and then grind them.
Roast the chopped almonds in ghee.
Make a jaggery syrup by boiling water and jaggery together until the jaggery dissolves completely.
Mix the ground flaxseed, sesame seeds, oats, roasted almonds, and jaggery syrup together.
Add the pitted dates to the mixture and combine well.
Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into ladoos while it is still hot.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the mixture is still warm when shaping the ladoos for easier handling.
Store the ladoos in an airtight container to keep them fresh for longer.
