How to make Imli Wale Chatpate Aalu
Preparation
Boil, peel, and cut the potatoes into cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes with sendha namak, black salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, anardana powder, red chilli powder, jaggery powder, and sugar.
Add the tamarind water to the mixture and mash a few potatoes to combine the flavors.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
