How to make Idli in Chilli Garlic Vegetable Sauce
Preparation
Prepare rawa idlis according to package instructions or your preferred method.
Cooking
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and green chili, and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar to the pan and mix well.
Add the prepared idlis to the pan and toss them in the sauce until well coated.
Tips & Tricks
You can use any vegetables of your choice for this recipe.
Adjust the amount of green chili according to your spice preference.
