Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 2 idlis with sauce)

Main Ingredients

  • 8piece
    rawa idli
  • 1cup
    mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and peas)
  • 2tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2tbsp
    tomato sauce
  • 1tsp
    vinegar
  • 2piece
    green chili
  • 2clove
    garlic

How to make Idli in Chilli Garlic Vegetable Sauce

Preparation

  1. Prepare rawa idlis according to package instructions or your preferred method.

Cooking

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add mixed vegetables and green chili, and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar to the pan and mix well.

  4. Add the prepared idlis to the pan and toss them in the sauce until well coated.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can use any vegetables of your choice for this recipe.

  2. Adjust the amount of green chili according to your spice preference.
