How to make Homemade Raita Masala
Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, and dry red chillies on low flame until the cumin turns brown.
Switch off the flame and add asafoetida.
Allow the masala to cool down.
Add black salt and grind the mixture in a mixer until it becomes a fine powder.
Store the Raita Masala in an airtight container.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the masala is completely cooled before grinding to prevent moisture.
