  • 2tbsp
    fennel seeds
  • 2tbsp
    carom seeds
  • 2tbsp
    cumin seeds
  • 1tsp
    Sendha namak

How to make Homemade Digestion Powder

Preparation

  1. Dry roast fennel seeds, carom seeds, and cumin seeds on low heat until you hear a crackling sound.

  2. Remove from heat and add Sendha namak.

  3. Grind the mixture into a fine powder.
