A healthy and crispy snack made with makhana, seasoned with spices and cooked in desi ghee. Perfect for munching and high in calcium.

Ingredients
- 1tbspdesi ghee
- 1/2tbspdesi ghee
- 200gmakhana
- 1tsprock salt
- 1/2tspblack pepper powder
- 1tspchat masala
- 1tspturmeric powder
- 1/2tspdegi mirch
- 1tsppav bhaji masala
- 20piececurry leaves
How to make Healthy Masala Makhana
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a heavy-bottom pan.
Add curry leaves and all the spices to the pan.
Add the makhana and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add 0.5 tbsp ghee around the sides of the pan and keep stirring continuously for another 5 minutes or until the makhana are crispy and can break easily with your fingers.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
