- 3tbspSalt
- 1cupAlmonds
- 1/2cupCashews
- 1/4cupPistachios
- 1/4cupFlax seeds
- 1/4cupPumpkin seeds
- 1/4cupSunflower seeds
- 1cupRaisins & cranberries

How to make Healthy & Crunchy Trail Mix
Add salt to the pan and switch on the flame.
Add almonds, cashews, and pistachios. Sauté on low to medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Sieve and keep them aside.
Add all the seeds and sauté on low heat for 2 minutes.
Sieve them as well.
Add berries and raisins, sauté for a minute.
Sieve them finely to remove any extra salt.
Mix all nuts, seeds, and berries together.
Cool them and store in an airtight container.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure all ingredients are sieved properly to remove excess salt.
Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
