- 500gmix vegetables (carrot, cauliflower, taro root, capsicum, beans, baby corn)
- 250gpaneer
Spices
- 1tspred chilli powder
- 1tbspkitchen king powder
- 1/2tbspturmeric
- 1tspcumin seeds
- 2onions, chopped
- 1cuptomato puree
Sauces
- 2tbsptomato ketchup
- 1tspsoya sauce
- 1tbspgreen chilli sauce
- 1tspwhite vinegar
How to make Halwai Jaisi Mix Vegetable
Preparation
Wash, cut, and half fry the mix vegetables.
Half fry the paneer.
Cooking
Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onions and cook until they become transparent.
Add tomato puree and cook until the oil leaves the sides.
Add salt, red chilli powder, kitchen king powder, and turmeric.
Add the half-fried vegetables and paneer to the bhuna masala.
Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, and white vinegar.
Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the vegetables are evenly cut for consistent cooking.
Adjust the spice levels according to your taste preference.
