How to make Gur Wali Chai (Jaggery Tea)
Boil water in a pot.
Add tea leaves and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Add jaggery and stir until it dissolves completely.
Pour in the milk and bring the tea to a boil.
Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
Tips & Tricks
To prevent the tea from curdling, ensure the milk is fresh and not too hot when added.
