Ingredients

Malpua Batter
- 1cupall-purpose flour
- 1/2cupsemolina
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1tbspfennel seeds
- 1tbspchopped dry fruits
- 1 1/2cupmilk
- 7black peppercorns
- 1tbsprose petals
For Cooking
- 1tbspdesi ghee

How to make Guilt-Free Malpua (Non-Fried, No Chashni)
Prepare the Batter
Mix all the ingredients except desi ghee in a bowl.
Let the mixture rest for 2 hours.
Cook the Malpua
Heat a tava and grease it with desi ghee.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tava and spread it like a pancake.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the batter is smooth and lump-free for even cooking.
Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of sugar as per taste.
