Dry Fruits Milk

- 4piecePitted dates
- 1tspMelon seeds

How to make Gond Katira Energy Drink
Preparation
Soak Gond Katira, saffron strands, mishri, and basil seeds in water overnight.
Soak blanched almonds, cashews, pitted dates, and melon seeds for 2 hours.
Blend the soaked nuts with milk in a mixer.
Serving
In a glass, add 3 tsp of Gond Katira mix.
Pour the dry fruits milk over it.
Add another 3 tsp or 2 tbsp of Gond Katira mix on top.
Garnish with chopped pistachios.
