A delicious and flavorful paratha stuffed with Gobhi Aalu ki sabzi, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
For the stuffing
- 1cupGobhi Aalu ki sabzi
- 1tbspOnion, chopped
- 2Green chilli, chopped
- 1tbspCoriander leaves, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Red chilli powder, to taste
- 1/2tspGaram masala
- 1tspAnardana powder
For the paratha
- 1tbspDesi ghee
- 80gWhole wheat flour dough
How to make Gobhi Aalu Paratha
Prepare the stuffing
In a bowl, mix Gobhi Aalu ki sabzi, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, and anardana powder.
Prepare the paratha
Divide the whole wheat flour dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small circle.
Place a portion of the stuffing in the center of the dough circle.
Bring the edges of the dough together to enclose the stuffing and roll it out gently into a paratha.
Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides, applying desi ghee until golden brown.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the stuffing is not too moist to prevent the paratha from breaking.
Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
