Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 paratha)

For the stuffing

  • 1cup
    Gobhi Aalu ki sabzi
  • 1tbsp
    Onion, chopped
  • 2
    Green chilli, chopped
  • 1tbsp
    Coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Red chilli powder, to taste
  • 1/2tsp
    Garam masala
  • 1tsp
    Anardana powder

For the paratha

  • 1tbsp
    Desi ghee
  • 80g
    Whole wheat flour dough

How to make Gobhi Aalu Paratha

Prepare the stuffing

  1. In a bowl, mix Gobhi Aalu ki sabzi, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, and anardana powder.

Prepare the paratha

  1. Divide the whole wheat flour dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small circle.

  2. Place a portion of the stuffing in the center of the dough circle.

  3. Bring the edges of the dough together to enclose the stuffing and roll it out gently into a paratha.

  4. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides, applying desi ghee until golden brown.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the stuffing is not too moist to prevent the paratha from breaking.

  2. Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
