Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 cup)

Custard Base

  • 4tbsp
    custard powder
  • 500mL
    milk

Fruits

  • 1cup
    mixed fruits

How to make Fruit Custard

Prepare Custard Base

  1. Add custard powder to milk and stir well to dissolve.

  2. Heat the mixture on low to medium flame, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Combine and Chill

  1. Once the custard thickens, remove from heat and let it cool.

  2. Add mixed fruits to the cooled custard and mix well.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Add 4 tablespoons of custard powder to 500-600 ml milk for perfect consistency.

  2. Keep stirring to avoid lumps.

  3. Keep the flame low to medium after adding the custard powder.

  4. After adding fruits, refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
