How to make Fruit Cream
Refrigerate the fresh dairy cream in the chiller zone for 30 minutes.
Mix the cream, chilled milk, and sugar powder until well combined.
Add lemon juice to the fruits to prevent oxidation.
Mix the fruits and dry fruits into the cream mixture.
Mix well and cover with cling film or a plate.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
