- 100galmonds
- 100gwatermelon seeds
- 100gmelon seeds
- 50gcashew nuts
- 75gflax seeds
- 50gpumpkin seeds
- 50gkhuskhus
- 50gsunflower seeds
- 50gsesame seeds
- 100groasted black chana without peel
- 75gfox nuts
- 1tspcardamom powder
Wet Ingredients
- 2tbspghee
- 200gpitted dates
- 100gDesi khand powder
- 50mLhoney
- 50mLDesi ghee
How to make Energy Ladoos for Strong Bones and Healthy Gut
Roasting and Grinding
Dry roast almonds and cashew nuts for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Add melon, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds. Cook for another minute.
Add the remaining seeds and roast for 3-4 minutes until moisture evaporates.
Cool down and grind to a coarse powder.
Roasting Chana and Fox Nuts
Roast black chana without peel for a minute.
Dry roast fox nuts with cardamom powder on low heat until crisp.
Cool and grind to a powder.
Combining Ingredients
Heat ghee and add pitted dates. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until melted.
Add Desi khand powder and the powdered mixture of dry fruits, chana, and fox nuts.
Remove from flame and add honey and Desi ghee.
Mix well and shape into ladoos.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure all ingredients are roasted properly to enhance flavor.
Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness for up to 2 months.
