    Cashews
  • 2
    Figs
  • 6
    Cranberries
  • 1tbsp
    Pumpkin seeds
  • 1tbsp
    Sunflower seeds
  • 1tbsp
    Watermelon seeds
  • 4
    Dates, pitted
  • 6
    Saffron strands
  • 2
    Walnuts
  • 30
    Foxnuts
  • 1cup
    Cold milk
  • 1tbsp
    Honey

How to make Dry Fruits Shake with Lots of Makhanas (Fox Nuts)

Preparation

  1. Soak almonds, cashews, figs, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds, dates, saffron strands, walnuts, and foxnuts in warm milk for 2 hours.

  2. Transfer the soaked ingredients to a blender.

  3. Add honey and cold milk to the blender.

  4. Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For a thicker shake, reduce the amount of milk.

  2. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
