Dhabha Style Paneer Bhurji recipe

Ingredients

6 Servings
(1 serving = 1 portion)
  • 1/2kg
    paneer
  • 2tbsp
    Desi ghee
  • 1tsp
    cumin seeds
  • 4
    onions, sliced
  • 1cup
    tomato puree
  • 1cup
    boiled peas
  • 1tsp
    red chilli powder
  • 1tsp
    haldi powder
  • 1tsp
    garam masala
  • 1tbsp
    milk
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves

How to make Dhabha Style Paneer Bhurji

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.

  2. Add sliced onions and cook until they turn pink.

  3. Add tomato puree and cook until it thickens.

  4. Add dry spices and mix well.

  5. Add boiled peas and cook for 2-4 minutes.

  6. Add milk and paneer, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

  7. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.

  1. Ensure the paneer is fresh and soft for the best texture.

  2. Adjust the spice levels according to your taste preference.
