- 4onions, sliced
- 1cuptomato puree
- 1cupboiled peas
- 1tspred chilli powder
- 1tsphaldi powder
- 1tspgaram masala
- 1tbspmilk
- salt to taste
- coriander leaves

How to make Dhabha Style Paneer Bhurji
Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Add sliced onions and cook until they turn pink.
Add tomato puree and cook until it thickens.
Add dry spices and mix well.
Add boiled peas and cook for 2-4 minutes.
Add milk and paneer, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.

Ensure the paneer is fresh and soft for the best texture.
