Cooked Mango Juice recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 cup)
  • 1cup
    raw mango
  • 3cups
    ripe mango
  • 4cups
    water
  • 3tbsp
    sugar
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 5sprigs
    mint leaves

How to make Cooked Mango Juice

  1. Boil the raw and ripe mangoes with water and sugar until they are soft, about 5 minutes.

  2. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until smooth.

  3. Cool the juice and add lots of ice cubes.

  4. Add salt and mint leaves, then serve chilled.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can refrigerate the juice for up to a week.
