How to make Chatpatta Instant Mango Pickle
Preparation
Wash, dry, and chop the raw mango.
Mix the chopped mango with pink salt and degi mirch. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Tempering
Heat sesame oil or mustard oil in a pan.
Add dry red chillies, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, and asafoetida.
Add the mango mixture to the pan and stir well. Do not overcook.
Allow the mixture to cool, then pour it into a glass container and refrigerate.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the mango is completely dry before chopping to prevent spoilage.
This pickle pairs well with rice, roti, or any meal.
