  • 20g
    green cardamom
  • 4g
    black peppercorn
  • 5g
    cinnamon stick
  • 5g
    cloves
  • 2piece
    black cardamom
  • 10g
    fennel seeds
  • 1tsp
    dry ginger powder

How to make Chai Masala

Preparation

  1. Dry roast green cardamom, black peppercorn, cinnamon stick, cloves, black cardamom, and fennel seeds for 2 minutes on low heat.

  2. Cool down the roasted spices.

  3. Add dry ginger powder to the cooled spices.

  4. Grind the mixture to make a coarse powder.

  5. Store the chai masala in a jar at room temperature.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Add mint leaves to your tea for extra flavor.
