How to make Chai Masala
Preparation
Dry roast green cardamom, black peppercorn, cinnamon stick, cloves, black cardamom, and fennel seeds for 2 minutes on low heat.
Cool down the roasted spices.
Add dry ginger powder to the cooled spices.
Grind the mixture to make a coarse powder.
Store the chai masala in a jar at room temperature.
