Baingan Bharta Without Ghee/Oil

- 2Onion, chopped
- 2Tomato, chopped
- 3Green chilli
- 2tbspCoriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1/2tspRed chilli powder
- 1tspGaram masala
How to make Baingan Bharta Without Ghee/Oil
Preparation
Roast the baingan until the skin is charred and the inside is soft.
Peel the skin off the roasted baingan and mash the flesh.
Cooking
In a bowl, add the chopped onions and the tomatoes
mix well until combined with the onions.
Add the mashed baingan to the bowl and mix well.
Add green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Mix everything thoroughly.
Enjoy as a snack or with a bread
Tips & Tricks
Roast the baingan directly on the flame for a smoky flavor.
Adjust the amount of green chillies and red chilli powder according to your spice preference.
