How to make Baby Corn Fritters with Dips
Prepare the Baby Corn
Wash the baby corn thoroughly.
Mix with salt, ginger garlic paste, and corn flour.
Refrigerate for half an hour.
Frying the Fritters
Heat oil in a pan.
Roll the marinated baby corn in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
