Baby Corn Fritters with Dips recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 plate of fritters with dips)

Fritters

  • 250g
    baby corn
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 1tbsp
    ginger garlic paste
  • 2tbsp
    corn flour
  • 1cup
    bread crumbs
  • 500mL
    oil for frying

How to make Baby Corn Fritters with Dips

Prepare the Baby Corn

  1. Wash the baby corn thoroughly.

  2. Mix with salt, ginger garlic paste, and corn flour.

  3. Refrigerate for half an hour.

Frying the Fritters

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Roll the marinated baby corn in bread crumbs.

  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

  4. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  5. Serve hot with your choice of dip.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to get crispy fritters.
