For the Compote
- 500gblack grapes
- 100gsugar
For the Shikanji
- 1tspblack salt
- 2tspcumin seeds powder
- 2tspchat masala
- 4tbsplemon juice
- 8sprigsmint leaves

How to make Angoori Shikanji (Black Grapes Lemonade)
Prepare the Compote
Combine black grapes and sugar in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until the grapes break down and the mixture thickens.
Let it cool and store in the refrigerator for later use.
Prepare the Shikanji
In a glass, add 4 tablespoons of the grape compote.
Add black salt, cumin seeds powder, and chat masala.
Pour in lemon juice and stir well.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
Tips & Tricks
You can make a larger amount of compote and refrigerate it for later use.
