    coriander seeds
  • 2tbsp
    cumin seeds
  • 1tbsp
    black peppercorn

    red chilli
  • 1tbsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2tbsp
    aamchur powder
  • 1tbsp
    anardana powder
  • 1/4tsp
    heeng
  • 1tbsp
    degi mirch
  • 1tbsp
    kasoori methi
  • 1tbsp
    black salt
  • 1tbsp
    ajwain

How to make Amritsari Parantha Masala

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. Grind the mixture into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.

  3. Store the masala in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
